Our walking vests sit a little lower in the front, not wrapped around the neck as often seen. This puts any pressure on the stronger shoulders instead of the throat for a more comfortable walking experience.
Tootsie Pop quality quilters cotton is lined with a heather performance fabric, soft and no rubbing.

SMALL will fit neck 11-12"
chest 18-20"
Length along back of harness is 6" with 3/4" D-ring for your leash.
Strong, wide velcro stays gripped while walking but fabric does have limitations. This is NOT for strong pullers.
