I am kindly asking you to limit your shopping cart to no more than FOUR clothing items. You may order as many diapers as you need. This keeps my one-woman production at a timely 3 week delivery for custom items. It may sound crazy to limit my sales potential, but honestly, it's the only way I can remain on schedule and not get a month behind and FRAZZLED! This is also why I close the shop the last week of every month during busy season.

Each customer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situation. Customer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products. DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHING ON UNATTENDED DOGS!

If you fail to provide measurements with your order as requested, I will attempt to contact you via email 3 times to get them. If I do not hear back from you, your order will be canceled and a $10 restocking fee will be held from your refund. Many times I order the fabric needed when you place your order.

There are NO RETURNS, no exceptions, on made-to-order items or diaper products. PLEASE measure your pet carefully. If you measure properly, your custom items WILL fit. I can not be held responsible if you measure incorrectly. I have charts listed which will help you.

Shipping costs will be calculated when you check out. There are several options including Priority Mail both domestic and international (Canada only). Any shipping overages greater than $1 will be refunded.

Your items will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account. I don't use shop invoices, only your Paypal info for buyer/seller protection and can not be responsible for lost items if you don't update your Paypal address!!!

We love trees here in northern Arizona and in an effort to preserve them, your shipment will not contain a paper copy of your order so please save your order confirmation which will arrive via email.

I am very reasonable but my return policy is FIRM. By purchasing you agree to this NO RETURN policy.
Please note we will refund an item if you believe it's faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Contact me for return authorization. Please allow 14 working days for a refund or replacement to be processed. (I've only had ONE in 10 years and it was faulty fabric, not construction)

I do offer minor alterations if you measured incorrectly and it's a simple fit (like sleeve length). The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as well as return postage to you. Alterations are FREE.

Domestic US shipping is either first class or Priority, depending what you choose when checking out. Priority mail does offer tracking and insurance up to $50 within the US.
