For winter 2015 I've had to institute some policy changes. I am asking you to limit your shopping cart to no more than FOUR separate items . This will keep my one-woman production at a timely 3-4 week delivery for custom items. It may sound crazy to limit my sales potential, but honestly, it's the only way I can remain on point and service as many customers as possible. Large custom orders take me days to complete which really slows my process. THANK YOU for understanding.
There are NO RETURNS on made-to-measure petwear or diaper products. PLEASE measure your pet carefully. If you measure properly, your custom items WILL fit. I can not be responsible if you measure incorrectly.

Shipping costs will be calculated when you check out. There are several options including Priority Mail both domestic and international. Shipping overages of more that $1 are always refunded.
Your items will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account. If this is different than where you want you item shipped, LET ME KNOW! I don't use shop invoices, only your Paypal info and can not be responsible for lost items if you don't update your Paypal address!!!

Please note we will refund an item if you believe it's faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Contact me for return authorization. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed.
If you should need to return an item after receiving Return Authorization from us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
International shipping offers NO TRACKING even with Priority mail. I have never had a package lost in over 6 years so purchase with confidence.
Domestic US shipping is either first class or Priority, depending what you choose when checking out. Priority mail does offer tracking within the US.
